1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (edudreamers.in), scheduling a counselling session, or enrolling for admission assistance with EDU DREAMERS Career Consultant, you ("User", "Student", or "Parent/Guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Educational Consultancy Services

EDU DREAMERS provides advisory services including:

• Career profiling, psychometric aptitude assessment, and DMIT evaluation.
• Guidance on courses, recognized universities in India and abroad (MBBS, MD, Engineering, Management).
• Document review, university application submission, and visa documentation support.
• Pre-departure briefings and post-arrival coordination support for international education.

3. Accuracy of Information & Student Responsibility

The student/parent is strictly responsible for providing authentic, valid, and accurate academic records, identity proofs, and examination scores. EDU DREAMERS shall not be held liable for application rejections resulting from forged, incorrect, or concealed information provided by the candidate.

4. Admission Decisions & Regulatory Disclaimers

Important: All admission decisions, eligibility evaluations, invitation letters, scholarships, and visa grants rest solely with the respective universities, embassies, and statutory bodies (such as NMC/MCI, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, etc.). EDU DREAMERS acts as a professional facilitator and advisor and does NOT guarantee visa issuance or university decisions beyond legitimate institutional procedures.

5. Fees, Processing Charges & Payments

Counselling and processing fees are communicated clearly prior to engagement. Official university tuition and hostel fees are payable directly to the university through legal international banking channels unless specified under authorized escrow arrangements. All consultancy service charges are non-refundable once documentation and liaison work has commenced.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, branding, course materials, psychometric tools, web content, graphics, and layout on this website are the intellectual property of EDU DREAMERS. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial duplication is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

In no event shall EDU DREAMERS, its directors, counsellors, or staff be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from university fee revisions, immigration policy modifications, or consular processing delays. Any dispute arising out of or related to our services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
